Common questions

My reminders don't ring

Open iOS Settings ▸ Dosely and check that Notifications and Alarms are allowed. In Dosely, check the medicine isn't paused and that today is within its start and end dates.

How do I share a profile with someone who helps me?

In Dosely, go to Settings ▸ People, choose the person, and tap Share Profile. Pick Can view or Can edit and send the link. It works in the Dosely app or in any web browser, including on Android.

How do I stop sharing?

Open the person's Share Profile screen (Settings ▸ People) and tap Stop Sharing. Access stops immediately.

Can I use Dosely without an account?

Yes. Choose Start without an account and everything stays on your iPhone. An account is only needed to sync between iPhones and to share.

How do I delete my account?

Settings ▸ Account ▸ Delete Account removes your account and everything stored under it from the server. To also clear this iPhone, use Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Delete All Data. If you can no longer sign in, email us and we'll delete it for you.
